Return Policy
At Tvisā Diamonds, our 15-Day Return Policy allows you to shop with confidence—if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued after deducting ₹1200 per product to cover delivery and processing charges.
The 15-Days Return Policy is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Orders previously exchanged under the 15-Day Return Policy – You may exchange your design once within 15 days for full value. Any further exchange will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
2. Customized, engraved, or personalized products – Items that have been altered to your specifications are not eligible for return under this policy.
3. Lab Grown Diamonds/ Mined Diamonds – Diamonds once sold will not be returned.
Conditions for 15 Day Return Policy –
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, signs of wear, or alterations. All original stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or packaging is found to be tampered with, the return will be processed under the Buyback Policy instead.
Process for refund under 15 Day Return Policy –
When a product is returned under our 15-Day Return Policy, it undergoes a Quality Check. Once the product passes this check, the refund is processed within 10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
• For Prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
How to return the product to Tvisā within 15 days –
• Place a return request on your account on the website
• Once the product is received, we will conduct a quality check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the quality check is cleared, refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Return Policy.
